How it works

Start with the inquiry. Then we shape the right next step.

Panama Unscripted is personal, so it does not begin with an automatic booking button. It begins with your dates, your questions, your wish list, and a review of what makes sense.

Step 1

Send the inquiry

Use the information box to tell us your dates, where you may be staying, how many people are traveling, and what kind of help you want.

Step 2

Heather reviews it

Heather looks at timing, location, safety, scope, and whether the request is a good fit before anything is confirmed.

Step 3

Confirm the plan

If the request makes sense, we confirm the basic plan, pricing, timing, and any third-party costs before payment or in-person help.

What you are buying

Local judgment, practical coordination, and support within reason.

Heather can help shape a day, coordinate a driver, point you toward the right store, help with a phone setup, explain a neighborhood, or support part of a trip that needs local context.

She is not a licensed tour guide, travel agent, driver, doctor, lawyer, security provider, or emergency service. Panama Unscripted helps with practical local orientation and coordination.

Example request

“We are arriving Friday, staying near Panama City, and want help with a half-day plan, a local phone setup, a grocery stop, and maybe a driver for one afternoon.”

That is exactly the kind of request the inquiry form is meant to start. It gives Heather enough context to think through what is realistic before responding.

Sample conversation

What this can look like after the inquiry.

The inquiry form comes first. Once the request is reviewed, the follow-up can feel more like a simple conversation: dates, needs, comfort level, transportation, timing, and whether Heather should go with you or simply help coordinate.

This is only an example. Every request depends on availability, location, safety, timing, group size, and what kind of help is being requested.

Panama Unscripted Sample follow-up after inquiry review
Traveler We arrive Friday and are staying near Panama City. We want help with a half-day plan, maybe a grocery stop, and transportation. We are not sure if we need a driver, Uber, taxi, or van.
Heather That makes sense. How many people are in your group, how much luggage will you have, and do you want someone to stay with you during the outing or only help arrange the transportation?
Traveler Four people, two large bags, and one person may need a little extra time getting in and out. We would like to feel comfortable, not rushed.
Heather For that, I would probably not start with a small taxi. Depending on timing and where you are staying, I can help you compare a van, a trusted local driver, or an Uber-style option. If you want, I can go with you for part of the day. If not, I can simply help coordinate the right pickup and plan.
Traveler Could you help us with the grocery stop and phone setup too?
Heather Yes, that is the kind of practical help Panama Unscripted is built for. I would price the host time separately from third-party costs like transportation, purchases, phone chip, data, or delivery. Once I understand the timing, I can tell you what makes sense.

Transportation coordination

The right ride depends on the plan.

Heather can help think through what kind of transportation fits the situation: a van for a group, a taxi for a simple trip, a trusted local driver, an Uber-style option, or another practical choice depending on timing, distance, luggage, comfort, and budget.

Heather can help in two different ways.

Coordinate only: Heather helps arrange or point you toward the right transportation option, but does not necessarily go with you.
Go with you: If agreed in advance, Heather may accompany you for part of the outing as local host support.
Third-party costs are separate: drivers, taxis, rideshares, vans, fuel, parking, tolls, tickets, purchases, phone chips, data plans, and similar costs are separate from Heather’s time.

Pricing

Local Host Access starts at $150 for up to two guests.

This generally provides a thoughtfully arranged half day with Heather. Transportation, admissions, meals, and any special arrangements are discussed separately. Longer experiences can be arranged based on the day you would like to create.

Larger groups may be priced differently after review.
Transportation coordination, shopping help, phone setup, special errands, or longer days may be priced after review.
Taxis, rideshares, meals, purchases, tickets, phone chips, data plans, delivery costs, and other third-party expenses are separate.

Safety and contact

No random meeting from a click.

The inquiry comes first. WhatsApp may be used later for follow-up, but the public first step is the form so the person, plan, place, and payment can be reviewed before Heather commits her time.
